        ▷ 부적절한 설치 및 사용으로 인해 손상된 경우
        ▷ 햇빛 및 자외선에 장기간 노출되어 제품이 변색된 경우
        ▷ 다음을 포함하되 이에 국한되지 않는 물리적 손상 :
          - 화재, 침수, 누전으로 인한 제품 손상
          - 이격 또는 찌그러짐
          - 분실했거나 구부러진 부품
          - 천재지변으로 인한 제품 손상

    ○ 공통사항

        ▷  모든 A/S는 (주)뮤직메트로를 통해 유통된 정식 수입품에 한하여만 가능하며, 접수 시 반드시 구매 증빙자료(카드영수증, 구매내역서)를 첨부하여야 정식 서비스를 받으실 수 있습니다.
        ▷  초기불량을 제외한 보증기간 내에는 편도 반송운임이 청구되며, 보증기간 만료 시 왕복운임을 포함한 전체 수리비는 고객이 부담합니다.
        ▷  해외운임 발생 시 환율 및 유류세 적용으로 인한 금액 변동이 발생될 수 있습니다.
        ▷  A/S 게시판에 접수 되지 않은 제품은 서비스 불가합니다.
        ▷  수리 소요기간은 제품 접수순으로 진행됨에 따라 다소 지연될 수 있습니다. (국내수리 영업일 기준 14일 이상/ 해외수리 영업일 기준 30일 이상)
        ▷  타 수입처 제품의 경우 해당 수입처의 보증 정책을 준수합니다.

    ○ A/S 안내
        ▷ 무상 보증기간 일지라도 제조사의 정책에 따라 일부 제품 수리에 최소한의 실비가 청구될 수 있습니다.
        ▷ 소비자분쟁해결 기준(공정거래위원회 고시)에 따라 피해를 보상 받을 수 있습니다.
        ▷ A/S는 뮤직메트로에서 구입하신 제품만 가능하며, 타 업체 주문 건의 경우 판매자에게 문의하시기 바랍니다.
